Quick and easy Tuna recipe

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour with some seasoning. In a separate bowl, crack an egg, and in a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. First, lightly coat the fish in the flour, then dip it into the egg, and finally, roll it in the breadcrumb mixture. If you have time, let it chill for about 10 minutes.
  2. Next, heat a bit of oil in a frying pan and cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until it turns golden and is cooked through, adding more oil if the pan looks too dry.
  3. While the fish is cooking, prepare the avocado by stoning, peeling, and slicing it. To keep it from browning, squeeze a little lime juice over the slices. Then, mix the remaining lime juice and coriander into the mayonnaise.
  4. To assemble, spread a bit of the mayo on the bottom of each bun, add the fish, a few slices of avocado, and top it off with the bun lid. Serve any extra mayo on the side.
