Our popular products are hand prepared by a small, dedicated team in Grantown-on-Spey in northern Scotland, on the banks of the River Spey and close to the main Scottish fishing harbours. The range uses sustainably-sourced, MSC-certified herring, and includes roll mops, sweet herring fillets and flavoured herring.
