What is it?
Squid is a member of the cephalopod family. You can flash fry it in rings or add it to a paella .

Preparation Options
You will need to have the beak, head, innards and plastic like backbone removed. The tentacles are edible along with the side fins, although these might be a bit tougher than the body.

Is it sustainable?
Our squid come from Looe and are line caught with jigs, the MCS are currently assessing the sustainability of squid.
