What is it?
Smoked haddock can be used in many dishes like chowder, kedgree, or added to a fish pie. It is even nice cooked on it's own with a poached egg.
Preparation Options
Our smoked haddock is usually in fillets, you can have the fillets skinned. The top is thicker and contains a few bones, the tail is thinner and contains no bones.
Is it sustainable?
Our smoked haddock mostly comes from Grimsby. We only by large line caught cod because it is sustainable and high quality.
