What is it?
Megrim is a flatfish it is a bit like plaice. The flesh is soft, fluffy, and can be used in any recipes the require sole.

You can have the head off and the fins trimmed or have them filleted.

Is it sustainable?
Our megrim come from Looe. This stock has not been assessed but others have been recorded as healthy and are being harvested sustainably.
