What is it?
Ling is a member of the cod group. It has a long, tapered body, marbled brown and white skin and a silver belly. It has a firm sweet tasting white fish similar to monkfish in texture. It goes well in currys and stews.
Preparation Options
Our Ling is usually in fillets and skinned. There is a long ling of bones running through the middle of the entire fillet.
